As someone who also paid for Sumo Word issues which I did not receive, I
believe that I have the right to say that the point is not how I felt at
the time, but rather that Tom and I, and most people in similar
circumstances, after determining that there is nothing useful which we can
do about it, put such things behind us, and get on with our lives.
