I typically just delete these messages about Sumo World since (1) I've
never subscribed to it and (2) they're almost always complaints about
not getting the magazine or a refund, same stuff over and over.  However,
since I saw this one, I do want to point out that for some people $70 is
a fair amount of money.  For example, I'm a grad student.  I don't make a
ton of money as just about anyone who's been in grad school can tell you.
That $70 should be able to pay for about 2 weeks worth of groceries (it
depends on my current supplies and what I need to stock up on).  Or it
could pay one month's phone bill.  Or it could cover my one main social
and entertainment expense, ballroom dances, for like 4 months at my
current rate of going to socials (every other week).  Your situation is
probably different.  You probably have a real job making a good amount
of money, so $70 isn't a huge loss to you.  But for someone like me when
losing $70 means losing 2 weeks worth of grocery money or months' worth
of entertainment, that's a fairly big loss.  But in general people have
a right to be upset -- they paid money for a product and never received it.
They're also not getting their money back.  That sounds very unfair to me.
