The reason I don't get upset over "flames" is because they are nothing but
electrons on a screen. This chat group is just a another way to shoot the
breeze. A diversion from the many hours a day that I must spend in front of
my keyboard translating and what not. Sumo is a hobby. It's only a serious
business for those whose livelihoods depend on it.
Anyone else who takes it too seriously is seriously demented.
I appreciate humour, good writing and strongly held opinions.
Ah ain't no thin-skinned GAIJIN in Japan who believes that he is a being of
truth and beauty.
Your insults don't affect me at all. Neither does your praise.
