Stephan lives in "The Japans" and it's written in the German transliteration
for the Slavic "STEFAN".

Misrepresentation is inaccurate, that's all.
Slander is mere opinion unless it results in real harm.
Garbage? My garbage may be your bounty and vive-versa.
