Your thumbnails are arranged:

A-B-C
D-E-F
G-H-I

Getting a couple of easy ones:

A=Odachi
D=Shinobuyama
H=Mitsuneyama

These 3 were ranked in sanyaku for the 1955 Haru basho, so looking at
the sanyaku ranks around that time, I can make some guesses for the
others:

B=Yoshibayama
E=Matsunobori
F=Wakanohana
G=Ouchiyama
H= (?)
I=Tochinishiki

I'm stuck on H as it appeats to be 3 kanji and the only unrepresented
sanyaku rikishi from the 1995 Haru banzuke would be Kagamisato and
Chiyonoyama.  Neither of these shikona look like H unless it is a very
unique script. (As for why focus on sanyaku - my thoughts were why
else would these 9 tegata be included in a magazine unless they were
rikishi of some note, ie ozeki/yokozuna or in sanyaku.)
