[sumo] Shakai Fukushi Tournament

I went to the Kokugikan at 10:30 this morning and was able to get tickets
for the tournament today.  I actually got front row seats.  Literally.  I
was right back and to the left of the judge on the mukou side.  I could
reach out and touch the dohyo!  (All for 7,000 yen!!)
Futenho won the Juryou Tournament and Asashoryu beat Wakanosato to win the
Makuuchi tournament.  Musashimaru lost to Takamisakari in the first round,
and is not looking too good as of yet.

There was a really cute event where Musashimaru, Asashoryu, Chiyotaikai and
Takamisakari "wrestled" a bunch of elementary school kids.  I guess they do
it every year, and damn it's cute.  (Asashoryu dumped his salt on
Takamisakari when he was preparing to fight the kids, everyone laughed.)
Since it's a charity event, the mood was very light, and everyone seemed to
be enjoying themselves.  They even had a sort of mock wrestling event where
two rikishi did things like spit all over each other and played leapfrog.
And Kotomitsuki sang Enka, which could use some work.

At the end there was a variety show featuring Aminishiki, Asasekiryu,
Chiyotaikai, Kaiyo, Takanonami, Takamisakari, Akebono Oyakata, and others.
I guess the highlights of the tournament and the show will be aired on TV
Asahi on October 26th.
