What time does your flight leave Narita?

Blankblank-san no hikou wa nanji ni Narita kara shuppatsu shimasu ka?

Do you know the flight number?

Furaito bangou wa shitte imasu ka? (or instead of "shitte imasu ka" use "gozonji desu ka" for extra politeness, like, 'n' stuff, y'know)

What time do you arrive in New York?

Nyuu Youku ni nanji ni touchaku shimasu ka?

Do you know the address of your hotel?

Blankblank-san no hoteru no juusho wa shitte imasu ka/gozonji desu ka?

Would you like me to meet you at the airport?

This one requires a little finesse, because if you ask what this person *wants* so directly he or she is likely to say you needn't bother out of politeness. Better to say the equivalent of "Shall I go to meet you at the airport?"

Kuukou made ni mukae ni ikimashou ka?

Hope the flight arrives on time!

Cheers,
Carl
