You are right, the yusho and sansho bonus points in case of substitutes
aren't covered 100 % in the rules. Here is how they are dealt with:
Tochiazuma as a substitute jumping in gets the yusho points at the slot
he is in. In Konizan's case he got into the 5-point slot of Musashimaru,
so he got 15 points. Ten bonus points per Sansho are awarded for all 14
members of the squad, regardless of a substitute getting activated or
not. The reasoning is, that the Sansho bonus is constant while the yusho
bonus gets multiplied by the points of the respective slot.
