The unveiling ceremony for a monument carrying the names of 36 "Yokozuna" or top-ranking Japanese-style wrestlers was held at 11 a.m. Sunday on the premises of the Tomioka-Hachiman Shrine, Fukagawa Ward. The monument was erected on the site of a similar one that was destroyed during the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. The function was attended by three Yokozuna on the active list and many who have retired. In the photo are seen, from right to left, the newest Yokozuna Haguroyama, Minanogawa, Futabayama, Musashiyama and Tochigiyama, the last two being retired.
