[sumo] Change in reply procedure?

It seems as though one no longer automatically responds directly to the
individual who posted an initial message, so personal responses are now
being broadcast to the list. It used to be that one had to reply to "all" if
one wanted a message responded to the entire list, otherwise the mail would
be delivered only to the original poster's mailbox.

Is this a change that was made that some of us didn't know about? I would
think that some other members besides myself have recently inadvertently
posted to the list when personal replies were meant because of this change.

This is NOT meant as criticism of anyone involved in administrating the
list, - heavens know I love this Sumo ML and am ecstatic that it is 10 years
old now -  just a warning for all who mean to respond on a personal basis in
the future.
