I have to say that I put $50 into ___someone's___ pocket over 6 months
ago, and have not received anything - no magazine, not even an
acknowledgement that my money was received.  I only know that my credit
card was charged.  

I don't think that tech problems can explain all of that, and it seems
at least there would be an active email address that people could write
to express their concerns.  I have tried 4-5 times to email sumoworld
from their website, and either got the email returned or just no answer.
