[GAMES] The Hatsu 2003 SB and LL Masters Winners

The Hatsu 2003 Masters Champions are determined!  And, they are both
our first REPEAT winners!

Doitsuyama wins his second Green Mawashi, while Getayukata successfully
defends the Pink Mawashi and makes it two in a row!

For Doitsuyama, it was a clear affair, scoring the maximum 27 points,
leading each points category, a 6-point buffer to Chiyozakura and
Feginowaka.  Congratulations!

Getayukata was almost perfect, scoring 29 of a possible 30 points to
edge out the only other woman to have won the Pink Mawashi, Heitaikai,
5 points back.  Getayukata is thus the first to win consecutive
victories in either Masters series.  Congratulations to her!
