site; click the "customer service" link. By satellite, activation fee
of 100 pounds plus 30 monthly. They are also on some cable systems,
or perhaps you can see it at a hotel near you. See lists on above
site.
You could also s*bscribe to NHK World Premium directly. See
http://www.nhk-jn.co.jp/wp/index_e.html . This is only 3000 yen
per month, but requires a bigger dish and a more expensive receiver.
