As I am a fan, and now that he has nearly left me (us),

if there is anyone out there who records these things
i would be so glad and thankful if I could send this person my
money and would get some tapes (or dvds?) back!

Martin

Subject: [broadcasts] Takanohana special on NHK

Just saw the first of probably a spate of specials on Takanohana on the
program "Closeup Gendai" (Current Closeup) on NHK General Channel from
19:30~19:55. Fairly brief, but interesting nonetheless. It will also be
repeated on NHK's BS1 tonight from 21:30 and NHK's HiVision Channel from
22:55. It is therefore also likely to make it to the overseas services
offering general NHK programming.

I had a quick look through the TV programs online, for the next week but
could not find any other Takanohana specials this week. This does not
necessarily mean there aren't going to be any (am pretty sure there will be
some at least this weekend or next week), but probably that the online
schedules haven't been updated for a last minute change that such programs
would be. If anybody else sees any listings for Takanohana specials on TV
in the next week or so, then please let myself and the list know.

Cheers, Pete.
