[Adopt]Hakuba (was: Ichinoya watch (and others)

Hakuba's proud father announces that Houchiyama is not the only adoptee
to win a yusho, since Hakuba himself took the jonidan yusho in Hatsu
Basho 2001. A 2-0 start in his makushita debut is better than I had
hoped for, and with Doreen's encouraging words I hope he can become the
first adopted rikishi to reach juryo!
