I have Dish network, too.  But what we do is call up on the first day of the 
Basho and tell them to start TVJAPAN.  Then, on the final day 15, we call and 
cancel.  It costs a $5.00 service fee, but all in all, it only cost about $15 
for the two months and we get to see all the Sumo live, and repeated.  And 
the repeated segment is longer than the live one.  Give it a try!!
