Marisa, Yahoo Japan and MSN Japan both have a site on
which you can enter a station name in ROMAJI.

Unfortunately after you enter the station names it
would come back with kanji equivalent which you need
to select. So you do need to have a rudimentary
understanding of Japanese but in case of MSN, GO
button is in English though Clear button is in
katakana.

There are sites that are offered by software vendors
but their web page only features kanji only entry
(though if you buy the software that will allow you to
enter in romaji).
