On a similar thread, has anybody ever been promoted to ozeki without
fighting a single match at that level?  Musoyama might have been close,
having wrestled only about three or four matches before being demoted,
but he made it back again to make that point moot.

How about an ozeki who never made kachikoshi at the rank?
