Let me specify a little, since there have been some changes since Joe
posted:
JK> Tokitengu ?, Tokitsukaze Beya, from Mongolia
Tokitenku, changed shusshin-chi to Tokyo
JK> Tochifutokawa ? formerly Masuda, Kasugano Beya, from
JK> Nagano Prefecture
Tochitaiga, changed shusshin-chi to Osaka
JK> Nakanokuni, Minato Beya, from China
Changed shusshin-chi to Tokyo
JK> Kotokobayashi, Sadogatake Beya, from Gunma Prefecture
Actually he is returning, he was East Jonokuchi 40 on Natsu Basho, and
was banzuke-gai on Nagoya Basho.
JK> Uno, Irumagawa Beya, from Kyoto
JK> Yoshimi, Isenoumi Beya, from Nara
JK> Tani, Hakkaku Beya, from Osaka
I have a question: are Tokitenku and Nakanokuni counted in number of
foreign rikishi? They have Japanese places as shusshin-chi, so I
suppose they are not included in quota of foreign rikishi. But this
way it's quite easy to trick out Kyokai's rules, isn't it? :)
