It is very unlikely any wrestlers will attend your film shoot for the 
following reasons:

1.	Travel advisory by Japanese government warning citizens of Japan to 
leave or not to travel to India
2.	Professional sumo wrestlers belong to the Sumo Associations, you need 
to contact them.
3.	Professional sumo wrestlers are rarely allowed to travel privately, 
expect sekitori, and I believe with their oyakata痴 permission.
4.	Konishiki reported to really dislike India, too hot and too many 
people, his words.  If his opinion has spread amongst the current or former 
wrestlers, it is possible they will be discouraged from going.

I think your best move is to contact one of the many international sumo 
wrestler clubs and associations, which are not bound to medieval rules and 
organizations.
