As others have stated, this is a brand of sake in Japan.  A brief

If you watch the sumo broadcasts carefully, you will notice that Ozeki
usually has a kensho banner before ozeki matches during the basho.
(You have to watch carefully as NHK tends to pan out so that the
banners are small and hard to read.  I assume this is done to minimize
"advertising" on NHK.)  So at least part of their
advertising/promotion is tied to sumo.
