It doesn't surprise me at all; in my experience much of the internet
technology is mismanaged by Japanese companies.

While the link works pasted directly into the player, the link on the
webpage doesn't work at all on a Mac.  If these people were on the ball
they'd be using Quicktime, a much more robust technology.
