I was wrong, you all were right

	Last night's ESPN2 broadcast of the 2001 Aki Basho proved you all were 
right and I was dreadfully wrong, Jack Edwards commentary IS completely 
moronic, and I apologize publicly for ever defending this guy.

	Some of my favorite parts were Jack refering to Mushashimaru as 
Miyabiyama, and the REPEATED assertations that Asashoryu was the only 
Mongolian in makuuchi.  But there were plenty of others.

	So as not to be completely negative, some of the good parts of the 
broadcast were the well-done storyline of Kotomitsuki winning the basho, 
Asashoryu applying his ferocious sumo to contend in the middle days, the 
ferocious battle between Musoyama and Kotonowaka where poor Koto ends up 
really taking a hard fall on his head, and some very nice shots of 
Kotomitsuki after the victory receiving the cup, drinking saki, riding in 
the car, etc...they don't often show much more than the car in these 
broadcasts so it was nice to be able to share in Kotomitsuki's feel-good 
victory and see a little more of the japanese culture behind the sport...
