RE: Why not Chiyotaikai?

Is Chiyotaikai participating in Jungyo this time?  I've heard that he may
have dropped out due to an injury suffered during day 13 of the Nagoya
basho.  

Can anyone confirm this?

I have to admit, I forgot about Chiyotaikai for a possible yusho this year.

When he is hot, he is hot, so sure, that makes 3 guys, after Kaio & Fia,
that 
could pull off a yusho the remainder of this year's basho; Wakanosato, 
Tochiazuma &
Chiyotaikai.
