[broadcasts] Another Konishiki weight loss documentary

Just saw part of what seems a long running series of Konishiki weight loss
documentaries (I've seen 4 since his retirement but their probably is many
more).  It aired on Yomiuri TV from 21:00-22:30.

His sidekick this time, is past frequent sanyaku rikishi Kyokudozan, turned
upper house politician, who seems to be appearing more on the talento scene
since his retirement from politics.  This time we see the two of them  going
off to India to try some of the principles of Ayuverda, and Konishiki
getting his usually lathering of special creams, potions and massages.  This
time he drops 5 more kg from 268 to 263kg.  It is down a lot from his high
of 298kg not long after his retirement, but to me still seems he would be
better sticking to the much simpler principles of low calories, with
sufficient vitamin and mineral content taken into account, and some exercise
(he seems to love swimming, which shouldn't cause much damage like weight
bearing exercise would on that frame), rather than trying all these magic
bullets, of creams and potions.  The TV stations seem to be willing to fit
the bill, if they can take along the cameras, so from his position, why not
I suppose, and if he lost too much of his frame, then maybe his talento
assets would be compromised.

I know he has a lot of frame, and slow and steady is the way to go with such
weight loss, but for his own health's sake I was hoping he would have
dropped a lot more than 30kg in the few years since his retirement.  Not
that I can talk though, as I have put on weight in the time since he has
been trying to take it off ;-).
