The official banzuke term is from the announcement to the next announcement.
It's before the Banzuke announcement for Nagoya-basho, so the Natsu-basho
banzuke is the one they base on at the moment. Even if a Kadoban Ozeki had
a losing record at the most recent basho and for sure he will be demoted to
Sekiwake the next basho, he should be treated as an Ozeki before the
announcement of Banzuke for the following basho.
