RE: sumo PC games

If you don't have an imported console (which would likely be
required to play a Japan-only title such as a sumo game), then
what you'll probably want to do is download an emulator for
the console you are interested in playing the sumo game on.  You
can then download a ROM for the game itself, and play it on
the emulator.  I've played several sumo games on my Windows
machine via this method.  A search for the terms "ROM" and
"emulator" should lead you to the information you need.
