I don`t think anyone has mentioned this on the list before so..

Why didn`t moto-yokozuna Kotozakura aka Sadogatake oyakata perform his
kanreki yokozuna dohyo-iri?

He did turn 60 in November and seems to be in good physical shape so there
must be some other reason why he didn`t do it. In general is it something
Yokozuna is *expected* to do or is it more like if he feels like it he has
that opportunity to perform kanreki yokozuna dohyo-iri?
