SUMO: new rikishi joined Musashigawa-beya

If Sumo Kyokai keeps two foreign rikishi policy intact for the future,
I think they should adopt a new policy of limiting the number of
former college rikishi in a heya.

Musashigawa-beya got yet another former college champion as a
new rikishi. He is Kakizoe from Nihon Taiiku Daigaku, or Nittaidai.
He is qualified to start professional sumo at the rank between
Makushita 15 and 16 as "Makushita 15 Tsukedashi".

If he could successfully follow the path created by fellow former
college rikishi, Dejima, Musoyama, and Miyabiyama, he could be
the next ozeki based on the easier schedule which exclude the
matches against Yokozuna Musashimaru, Ozeki Dejima, Musoyama,
Miyabiyama, and Maegashira Zenshinyama.

The Musashigawa dominance is getting worse than the Futagoyama
Factor these days. When both Takanohana and Akebono are through,
we may see Yokozuna rank filled by Musashigawa rikishi who won't
face each other even once. That maybe the best motivation for
Sumo Kyokai to adopt a new rule "individual tournament" system.
