I believe Takasago oyakata's real name is Akira
Ichimiya and his eldest son's name is Shoichi Ichimiya
- "Sho" being the same kanji as Akira and Ichi meaning
one or first.

He was driving Akebono around during the Kyushu Basho.

Takasago Beya: We don't have anyone to comment as the
oyakata is hospitalized at the moment and okamisan is
away.   

Azumazeki Beya:  We have not heard anything yet so we
really cannot commment.

Kyokaai : We have no comment to make as the individual
is not a member of nor work for the Kyokai.
