(Sumo)Banners????

To all:

A couple of questions:  (I am not sure if this was
ever brought up here but here they are!) 

1.  What is the Japanese name for the Banners with the
Rikishi's name on them outside the stadium when a
Basho takes place?  

2.  When the rikishi's rank moves up or down does that
banner change to reflect his rank?  

3.  Does the Rikishi have to pay for this or does his
club or sponsors do this for him?

4.  Who decides the color/pattern of how its made?
