 From the looks of the header below it was either accidentally not 
posted by Lynn in January and sent when she got back to Japan on 
Monday (assuming she's using Outlook Express on a Mac), or someone in 
Japan has forged it.

No need for anyone to be accusing anyone else of anything ... we've 
had enough of that recently which is why Mr. Abe responded as he did. 
As far as we can tell, this was sent by Lynn to the list very late, 
which is why we wonder why she's complaining.
