NON-SUMO: News from Japan in English

I posted before, but that was a long time ago.

So, for people out there starved to read any news from Japan
in English, I created a page dedicated to the list of such 
news service you could read in English.

They cover both news about Japanese cabinet and eruption 
of Mt. Usu (Usu-Zan).
