There's a picture of Tagonoura oyakata and his new rikishi in Ozumo
magazine.  It mentions that Takahashi is jonokuchi, and refers to Matsuda as
"shin-deshi" (new student).  Perhaps Matsuda hasn't finished mae-zumo yet,
and is not yet on the banzuke.

They also have a picture of Tagonoura shopping for chanko ingredients.  I
guess none of his new students know how to make it yet. :-)
