Isn't the minimum number of rikishi two in every heya? How come there's only
one (Takahashi) in the new Tagonoura-beya? Has another rikishi already
quit!?!?

I couldn't find anything conclusive about this on the archives. Is
Tagonoura-beya still somehow connected to Dewanoumi-beya and not yet a real
heya of its own?
