[Kyokai News] Sakaigawa Oyakata

Since I am on "road" at the moment and not have access
to my usual sources but I just noticed that Sakaigawa
oyakata has been named as Chief of Judging Section. 

This is the first time a former Chairman has assumed
the position. The Oyakata first declined but was
convinced by Tokitsukaze oyakata that he was the most
qualified and experienced person to handle the job as
Tokitsukaze oyakata undertakes his pledge of the game 
reforms especially Tachi-ai. Sakaigawa oyakata said he
decided to give back to the Kyokai for all he received
saying, "I will whip the old bones one more time."

The former Chief, Sadogatake oyakata was appointed as
Organization Chairman for Nagoya Basho - sounds like a
demotion to me but then perhaps that's what he wished.
