Takamiyama's biography is pretty good, and you can get it at Amazon, though 
they will say it is out of stock, a copy turns up in a couple weeks.

There is an Akebono biography in the works.  We ought to be seeing it in the 
near future.

Otherwise I would guess the rest of the books are in Japanese, though I 
think there are a couple biographies in French too.
