They use ozeki, of course; and so on down the line. I
Incidentally I'm really sorry this thread has come up just now <g>, as I'd
used it in my March Kansai Time Out column, which has a long lead time; I
sent it off on the 2nd, and the research and the idea for using it were
really all my own work!
