The above is incorrct in two regards:
1. It is a red "tsuna" rather than Mawashi that is worn. The mawashi will
be a set (of three) of the former yokozuna who is celebrating his 60th
birthday.
2. They tachi-mochi and tsuyu-harai can be any present or former rikishi.
However they are usually (read virtually always) Yokozuna, either present or
former.
For example when the former Futagoyama (ex-Wakanohana-I) did this he was
flanked by two former yokozuna, both of which were his deshi (Takanosato and
Wakanohana-II). Both the former Yokozuna wore standard white tsuna over the
appropriate mawashi.
