As far as I know, this game is only available in Japan.
I saw it in stores there as recently as a year and a 
half ago.  They were running television ads that 
included this game as well.  It actually looks like a lot
of fun, though I suspect it might be more of an arcade-style
game than an actual sumo sim.  Still, it's better than
E. Honda in Street Fighter!

(E. Honda is the rikishi character in the game "Street Fighter")
