So if a rematch cannot be held, the fight is ruled a draw? In that case,
when Wakanohana and Chiyotaikai had the Yusho playoff and the first match
ended too close to call, and Wakanohana had hurt his leg on the fall,
suppose he decided his injury was too severe to fight? Would the yusho
have been declared a tie?
