RE: Oyakata prerequisite

When I visit Azumazeki-beya and Migaki-beya the coach is not an oyakata, but
some ex-sumotori who stay with sumo as a coach. These guys are there from
the very start of practice, making sure the lowest ranked stableboys get up
and get going. At these stables, the oyakata shows up later in the morning,
usually just before the sekitori get going.
