Thanks for the info. Now, do these oyakatas have anything to do with the
coaching and training or do they have assistants to do that? Is it correct
for me to assume that the oyakatas can be compared to Kevin McHale, Jerry
West, and Isiah Thomas (who got out because he didn't like how the system
was run) who were all-stars in their time and have the know how now to run
an orginization, pick out guys who have talent but in no way can coach a
team? They can do their one on one coaching but would be complete flops on
the bench. If this is true of oyakatas, who is responsible for the coaching
and training?
