Magaki Oyakata is former Yokozuna Wakanohana II. He was recruited by Wakanohana
I. Former Futagoyama Rijicho was the rijicho after Kasugano Rijicho, former
Yokozuna Tochinishiki, and he retired when his age reached 65, then became a
general manager of Sumo Museum. While he was still in the post, the infamous
tax scandal of Hanada family broke and he was forced to retire from the
honorable position.

There have been four Yokozuna who share the same family name, Hanada.
Three of them are relatives as commented here. The fourth one is not related to
Waka-Taka or their extended family. He is current Kasugano Oyakata, former
Yokozuna Tochinoumi.
